My name is Stefan Fellows and I recently joined The Friendly trust in December 2009.   I previously worked as deputy manager in a residential home for people with learning disabilities.   I helped to manage a staff team of 15 and supported 4 tenants.   During my time there I completed my NVQ level 4 in management and completed a number of courses in POVA, PBS, Autism, Epilepsy, NLP and "Sign Along" to name a few.  I was also the manual handling trainer for the company.

I heard about The Friendly trust as clients in my home were receiving support from them and so I had regular contact concerning their finances and seeking advice.

Since joining The Friendly trust I have already met a few of our service users ....
